I thought it was Paula DeAnda but I don't think so anymore.

So I remember that the video was like a pop-ish song. The singer was
female and had like wavy black hair. She and her background dancers
were dancing in front of a car in the sand. I think the song was about
girl power or being ok after a breakup or something.
